The Antique Machinery Restoration Society of Queensland, (AMRSQ) has its own museum situated in the Grounds of the Historical Village. This museum houses a collection of old machinery and engines including a very large Crossley that is the only operational machile of its type in the world!
In July each year the AMRSQ organises the "Heritage Fair" in the Historical Village grounds where the engines are fired up and members and collectors from around Queensland meet to show off their latest acquisitions and restorations.
