Cheesemaking at the Village

Three more Cheesemaking classes will be held at the Village over the next two months – and details will be published on this website within a few days, after those people on the waiting list have been advised.  If we need to book more, we will do so.

Thank you to everyone who attended the first class – despite our teething problems (always a challenge the first time you do something) I think everyone enjoyed the class and came away with some new skills.

All those who attended will hear from us within the next couple of days as promised.

The class was run by a lady, Carla, who did a wonderful job and we look forward to working with her in the future.

It was great to taste the cheese that was made right there in Stanmore Hall in the morning, and also taste some other varieties that Carla brought with her.
