School Holiday Kids’ Activities

School Holidays are coming up again, and the Village has some great activities.

Have you seen a dolly peg? Well this school holidays you can make your own as well as experience blacksmithing, hand sewing a sampler, gem sieving and some printing.

Free Train Ride too!

This coming school holidays ‘Kids Activity Days’ have been planned. Come and have some fun on 29th, 30th March and 5th, 6th April 2016 from 9.30am.

For the purpose of ensuring that everyone especially the children have a great day it would appreciated if you could book (07 5495 4581) but it is not a necessity. Please ring 0488 284 089 out of hours for weather and bus arrangements.

Entry to the Village with Activities is $10 per person, with sausage sizzle and bottle of water for $13 inclusive. We suggest that you arrive at approximately 9.30am for a 10.00am start. Upon

We would like to point out that all demonstrations at the Village are provided by Volunteers, and there may be occasions when some of the advertised demonstrations are not available.

I will be staying in Brisbane during week 26-29th June. Is there a bus from Brisbane.


YOu will need to catch a train to Caboolture Station. Phone 5495 4581 during opening hours to arrange bus pick up at station. We will need to know eta and number of passengers. We look forward to your visit. Di

It would be best to catch train to Caboolture. Pick up at the station can be arranged, but best if you can let the village know the day before what time they will need to pick you up. Di
